All riders must complete a Rider information form prior to their first coaching session.
This session is designed for riders over 18 that don't want to be on track with the pesky kids!!
The A.R.S. is for the "fast kids" this session is for the ones that need that extra bit of guidance for the adults that think twice. Some want to be the next olympian, if you want to brush up on skills knowing you have work Monday then this is for you!
